freeUSDTwallet is experimental softwareprovided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Automated smart contract interactions carry inherent financial risk, including the total loss of funds.
  • The software may contain bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities that could result in unexpected behavior or loss.
  • You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and all transactions made through this service.
  • No guarantee is made about uptime, swap execution, price execution, or transaction success rates.
  • Past performance or successful swaps do not guarantee future results.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using freeUSDTwallet (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited or restricted.
  • You understand the risks associated with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.

3. Description of Service

freeUSDTwallet provides an automated service that monitors a Solana wallet for incoming cryptocurrency token transfers and executes swaps to convert them to USDT via the Jupiter Aggregator. The service:

  • Generates a new Solana wallet encrypted with your password.
  • Monitors the wallet for incoming token transfers.
  • Automatically swaps incoming tokens to USDT.
  • Optionally routes large transfers to a configured cold wallet.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE IS WITH YOU.

We make no guarantees that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Swaps will execute at the best available price.
  • All incoming tokens will be successfully detected or swapped.
  • Your data will not be lost or corrupted.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

By using freeUSDTwallet, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Smart Contract Risk: The Jupiter protocol and Solana blockchain may contain vulnerabilities or be subject to exploits.
  • Market Risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. The value of tokens may change significantly between detection and swap execution.
  • Slippage Risk: Swaps may execute at prices worse than expected due to market conditions or low liquidity.
  • Technical Risk: Bugs, network congestion, RPC failures, or other technical issues may cause failed or delayed swaps.
  • Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations are evolving and may affect your ability to use this service.
  • Loss of Funds: You may lose all or part of your funds due to any of the above risks.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Safeguard your seed phrase and password. We cannot recover lost credentials.
  • Maintain sufficient SOL balance in your wallet for gas fees.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal activity, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Fees

The freeUSDTwallet service itself is free to use. You are responsible for:

  • Solana network gas fees for all transactions (swaps, transfers).
  • Any fees charged by the Jupiter protocol or other integrated protocols.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL USDTSAVER, ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY TRANSACTION EXECUTED OR FAILED TO EXECUTE THROUGH THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (iv) ANY BUG, VULNERABILITY, OR ERROR IN THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your wallet through the dashboard or simply discontinuing use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
